Here are the most common questions we get from parents.
You are absolutely welcome to bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, or ice cream! However, no other outside food or drinks are permitted. We offer massive discounts on our Jumbo 16" Pizzas exclusively for our party guests!
Absolutely not! Non-participating adults (like parents and grandparents) are always welcome to hang out, take pictures, and celebrate for free. You only pay for the guests who are actively skating, bouncing, or playing.
Don't stress about RSVPs! You only pay for the guests who actually show up and participate (subject to the 7-guest minimum). Your party host will finalize your official headcount and settle your balance on the day of the party.
Yes! We provide all the standard table settings (plates, cups, napkins, and utensils) and our hosts handle 100% of the setup and cleanup. You are more than welcome to bring your own table decorations or balloons if you want a specific character or theme!
We require a credit card on file to securely hold your reservation, but you won't be charged anything today! You pay the full balance at the end of your party.
